Builders Skip Hire 
Waltet can provide a range of skips to suit the needs of private householders and builders alike. Below we have identified the skips and the types of materials and applications for which they are generally used. We operate a modern skip hire operation, roll on roll off fleet of vehicles and can supply skips and containers ranging in size from 3 to 40 cubic yards. We are registered waste carriers and have licensed disposal / recycling facilities that compliment our friendly and efficient service throughout the South.
We can handle most types of waste in skips. The following materials are classed as harzardous waste and require special arrangements and pre notification. We have facilities to take asbestos (sheet but only in sealed containers) and plasterboard but televisions, computer monitors, electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), fridge freezers, fluorescence tubes, clinical waste, chemicals, printing inks, gas bottles, any solvents, creosote, petrol, oil, lead based paints and their cans and containers are classified as hazardous waste and have to be disposed of by a specialist contractor. Highway Permits
Not every house has room for a skip to be placed on their driveway. Skips may be placed on the highway (or even on the grass verge) but you will need a permit from the local authority for which they will charge. The cost of permits and rules will vary with each authority, is payable by the client and will require four working days to arrange. We can arrange for the permit. One other thing to remember any skip placed on the highway will require lights at night and protected with safety cones.
